We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time which will take effect from the date of posting on our website. Your continued use of the site will mark your acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions.

1. Personal data submitted to us will be passed on to organisers of 'The Gathering 2009' so that Passport holders kept informed about the event by email newsletters.

2. Passports are sold to us by The Gathering 2009 on a non refundable basis. We in turn are not able to refund our own purchasers.

3. By ordering tickets via In2Scotland, you as purchaser represent and warrant that the passport is purchased for personal use only, and that it is not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity and in particular, that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used for advertising, promotion or for any other trade purposes. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation; this includes, for the avoidance of doubt, any publication via the Internet or any other means with the intent to resell for commercial gain.

4. Please remember that Edinburgh is a capital city and therefore as well as the 8,500 clans people who will be taking part in the events on Saturday night we are also expecting large crowds to be watching the parade. The length of the two performances also means that passport holders will not be leaving the castle esplanade until quite late on the Saturday evening.

5. There is no cooling-off period for tickets purchased for the Event.

6. For orders placed for postal delivery and not received, we will arrange an alternative means of fulfilling the order. You should contact us in good time to inform us of orders not received, by telephoning our office on +44 (0)131 467 7000.

7. In the event of any part of the Event being cancelled through any event or circumstance beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, war, act of terrorism, crime and act of nature including inclement weather, money will not be refunded.

8. If you are unable to attend we will attempt to resell tickets for an administration fee. Resale of tickets will not commence until all of our own stock of tickets has been sold. Resale is not guaranteed.

9. The management reserves the right of admission to the Event and the Event programme is subject to alteration. Your personal belongings and baggage shall be subject to search on admission to the Event.

10. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

11. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
